Greenavise has created a unique green incubator for entrepreneurs in the Washington, D.C. area. We are offering an opportunity for businesses with a focus or strong awareness of sustainability to participate in an innovative environment that has office, retail, showroom, seminar and storage space. This hub for green businesses is designed to allow you or your organization the flexibility of fitting your needs to your budget as you grow, while forming symbiotic relationships with businesses in the same sector.

All Membership Levels Include …

Monthly (or more frequent) networking events; links to your business on the Greenavise web site and blog; a street address for mail and package delivery; Affiliate access to retail work space; wireless internet access; printer, copier and fax machines; white boards; and free coffee.

Affiliate Membership ($50 per Month)

Designed for individuals who will benefit from access to our retail work space and networking opportunities. Includes: All amenities of membership listed above other than a mailing address. Also includes discounted use of space to hold seminars.

Virtual Membership ($200 per Month)

Perfect introductory membership for professionals trying to start a business, working from home or those interested in using the space as an address/receiving point for packages and mail, as well as a company meeting place. Membership includes: work space in our retail showroom; access to a kitchen and conference room with a speaker phone; and, access to presentation space for seminars.

Office Incubator Membership ($500 per Month)

Great for businesses that would like to be located in a professional office setting in Greenavise’s 1,800 sq. ft. of newly renovated space. Membership includes: a dedicated desk in a shared office; file storage space; a dedicated phone line; access to a kitchen, a conference room with a speaker phone; and, access to space for seminars.

Retail/Showroom Incubator Membership ($600 per Month)

A unique opportunity for businesses that would like to share Greenavise’s 1900 sq. ft. of retail/showroom/work space to sell a product or product line to the public. Membership includes: product display and demonstration space; area for seminars or other events; access to a conference room with a speaker phone and Affiliate access for up to three individuals.
